Common use of Distribution to Lenders of Reimbursements Received From Borrower Clause in Contracts

Distribution to Lenders of Reimbursements Received From Borrower. In the event Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to Section 3.3(c)(i) for all or any portion of any payment by Issuing Lender under a Letter of Credit issued by it, and Administrative Agent or Issuing Lender thereafter receives any payments from Borrower in reimbursement of payment under the Letter of Credit, to the extent any such payment is received by such Issuing Lender, it shall distribute such payment to Administrative Agent, and Administrative Agent shall distribute to each other Revolving Lender that has paid all amounts payable by it under Section 3.3(c)(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of all payments subsequently received by Administrative Agent or by such Issuing Lender from Borrower. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in Section 2.4(c)(ii).
