Common use of Distribution to Lenders of Reimbursements Received From Borrower Clause in Contracts

Distribution to Lenders of Reimbursements Received From Borrower. If Administrative Agent for the account of any Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of any drawing honored by such Issuing Lender under a Letter of Credit issued by it, Administrative Agent shall promptly distribute to each other Revolving Lender which has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such honored drawing such other Revolving Lender's Pro Rata Share of the Revolving Loan Commitment of all payments subsequently received by Administrative Agent for the account of such Issuing Lender from Borrower in reimbursement of such honored drawing when such payments are received. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Lender may request.
