Common use of Distributions and Repurchases Clause in Contracts

Distributions and Repurchases. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.12, no distribution, payment or dividend of any kind will be declared or paid by the Company in respect of its partnership interests, nor will any repurchase of any partnership interests of the Company be approved or effected.
