Distributions Following Satisfaction and Discharge of Indenture. Following the satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture and after all amounts due and payable to the Owner Trustee pursuant to Sections 7.1 and 7.2 hereof and not previously paid under Section 8.2 of the Indenture are paid out of the Trust Property, the Owner Trustee will distribute the remaining Trust Property as directed by the Class A Certificateholder.
