Common use of DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Administrative Agent will forward to each Lender, promptly after the Administrative Agent’s receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements received from the Borrowers’ Representative pursuant to Article 6 of this Agreement, other than any of the following: (a) Routine communications associated with requests for Loans and/or the issuance of L/C’s. (b) Routine or nonmaterial communications. (c) Any notice or document required by any of the Loan Documents to be furnished to the Lenders by the Borrowers’ Representative. (d) Any notice or document of which the Administrative Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Lenders other than by the Administrative Agent.
