Common use of DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Agent will forward to each Revolving Credit Lender, promptly after the Agent's receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Agent pursuant to this Agreement, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and borrowing base certificates received from the Borrower pursuant to Article 6:, other than any of the following: (a) Routine communications associated with requests for Revolving Credit Loans and/or the issuance of L/C's. (b) Routine or nonmaterial communications. (c) Any notice or document required by any of the Loan Documents to be furnished to the Revolving Credit Lenders by the Borrower. (d) Any notice or document of which the Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Revolving Credit Lenders other than by the Agent.

(b) Routine or nonmaterial communications. (c) Any notice or document required by any of the Loan Documents to be furnished to the Revolving Credit Lenders by the any Borrower. (d) Any notice or document of which the Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Revolving Credit Lenders other than by the Agent.
