Distributions of Production Partnership Funds. The Distributable Cash of the Production Partnership shall be distributed simultaneously to the Limited Partnership and the Managing Partner within 45 days after the close of each calendar quarter. Each Partner's share of each such distribution of Distributable Cash shall be determined after giving effect to the allocations set forth in Sections 5.3 and 5.4 for such period. All distributions of Distributable Cash shall reduce dollar-for-dollar the balances of the Partners' Capital Accounts.
