Distributions on REMIC Regular Interests. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall be deemed to distribute to itself on behalf of REMIC III as the holder of the REMIC I Regular Interests and the REMIC II Regular Interests, those portions of the REMIC I Distribution Amount not designated to Component I of the Class R Certificates and those portions of the REMIC II Distribution Amount not designated to Component II of the Class R Certificates, in the amounts and in accordance with the priorities set forth in the definitions of REMIC I Distribution Amount and REMIC II Distribution Amount, respectively.
