Common use of Distributions Pursuant to QDROs Clause in Contracts

Distributions Pursuant to QDROs. If a QDRO so provides, the portion of a Participant's Account payable to an Alternate Payee may be distributed, in a form permissible under Section 11, to the Alternate Payee at any time beginning as soon as practicable after the QDRO determination is made, regardless of whether the Participant is entitled to a distribution from the Plan at such time. The Alternate Payee shall be provided the notice prescribed by Code section 402(f).
