Distributions Pursuant to Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. In the case of an Account that is part of an "employee pension benefit plan" (as defined in ERISA), nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit distribution to any person in accordance with the terms of a "qualified domestic relations order" as defined in Section 206(d) of ERISA.
