Common use of Distributions to Parties Clause in Contracts

Distributions to Parties. (a) On each Payment Date (unless the Notes shall have been declared to be due and payable under Section 5.02 following an Event of Default), the Indenture Trustee shall apply or cause to be applied the Available Funds in the Collection Account for the prior Collection Period (plus any amounts withdrawn from the Spread Account or drawn on the Policy pursuant to Section 9.02), to make the following payments in the listed order of priority:
