Distributions to Reflect Issuance of Additional Partnership Interests. In the event that the Partnership issues additional Partnership Interests (other than Performance Units, which shall receive distributions as set forth in Section 5.1) to the General Partner or any Additional Limited Partner pursuant to Section 4.3.C or 4.4, the General Partner shall make such revisions to this Article 5 as it determines are necessary to reflect the issuance of such additional Partnership Interests.
