Common use of Distributions to the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Distributions to the Borrower. The Facility Agent and the Security Agent may (in accordance with Clause 29 (Set-Off) or otherwise apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.

Distributions to the Borrower. The Facility Agent and the Security Agent may (in accordance with Clause 29 (Set-Off) or otherwise apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.

The Facility Agent and the Security Agent may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 29 27 (Set-Offoff)) or otherwise apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.

The Facility Agent and the Security Agent may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 29 28 (Set-Offoff)) or otherwise apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.

The Facility Agent and the Security Agent may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 29 25 (Set-Offoff)) or otherwise apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.

The Facility Agent and the Security Agent may (with the consent of the Obligor or in accordance with Clause 29 26 (Set-Set Off) or otherwise apply any amount received by it for the Borrower that Obligor in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower that Obligor under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.

Distributions to the Borrower. The Facility Agent and the Security Agent may (with the consent of the Transaction Obligor or in accordance with Clause 29 (Set-Off)) or otherwise apply any amount received by it for the Borrower that Transaction Obligor in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower that Transaction Obligor under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
