Distributions With Respect to Unexchanged Parent Shares. No dividends or other distributions declared or made after the Effective Time with respect to Parent Shares comprising part of the Aggregate Merger Consideration and with a record date after the Effective Time shall be paid to the holder of any unsurrendered Company Share Certificate with respect to the Parent Shares represented thereby until the holder of such Company Share Certificate shall surrender such Company Share Certificate in accordance with this Section 2.02.

No dividends or other distributions declared or made after the Effective Time with respect to Parent Shares comprising part of the Aggregate Merger Consideration and with a record date after the Effective Time shall be paid to the holder of any unsurrendered Company Share Certificate with respect to the Parent Shares represented thereby until the holder of such Company Share Certificate shall surrender such Company Share Certificate in accordance with this Section 2.022.02 (at which time such holder shall be entitled to receive all such dividends or other distributions).
