Distributor Load Management Service - Priority and Use. Where the Distributor has obtained rights to control load at an ICP either through the Customer’s acceptance of the Trader’s pricing option which incorporates the Controlled Load Option, or by assignment of load control rights to the Distributor by the Trader, the Distributor and the Trader agree, whenever conflicting demands over the use of Load Management arise, the following priorities must be followed:
