Distributor agrees that it will perform at its expense the following duties to IDSI's reasonable satisfaction. It is understood that Distributor will adhere to the stipulation of this contract. It is further understood that Distributor has the right to assign these stipulation to the designated Dealer/Distributor and act as an Agent.
