District Contributions to the New Tech Learning Platform. New Tech Network has created electronic resource libraries, electronic project libraries and other venues whereby content and materials may be contributed by and used by District and other parties. As between New Tech Network and the District, all right and title in and to Protected Student Data (as defined in Section 5(a)) is owned exclusively by the District. The District hereby represents warrants and covenants that maintenance, access and/or use of the District Contributions, to the fullest extent permitted in this Agreement, will not violate or infringe upon any right of publicity or privacy, intellectual property right (e.g., copyright, patent, trademark, etc.), literary right, or any other right of any person or entity.
