District Council. District Council of Painters No. 36, shall be the sole representative for their members for the purpose of establishing wages, hours, and terms of this Agreement.
District Council. District Council means the relevant District Council of the DGC, namely Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario or Atlantic Regional Council.

The YCCD District Council meets regularly in order to make recommendations to the Chancellor regarding the existence of needs, the establishment of priorities, and the allocation of resources on a broad, District-wide basis, with the major task of participating actively in the comprehensive planning process. District Council will not involve themselves in the daily administration of the two colleges and central services, nor will it replace the bargaining process.
District Council. This Agreement shall supersede any Local Union agreement between the Employer and the Union where the two agreements are not in conformity with each other.
District Council. A. The district council shall be composed of one representative from each Building council and the Superintendent. Alternates may attend in place of the regular members if necessary.
District Council. SECTION 1: The membership established hereunder shall be known as the District Council, hereinafter referred to as the "District Council." The District Council shall consist of two county commissioners or their representatives from each member county, and may have a representative from each city with a population of five hundred (500) or above as defined by Section 260.305.1 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri; or a representative from any political subdivisions that petition and are accepted for membership by the Executive Board.
District Council. District Council will be held on the 2nd Friday of each month at 2:00 in the district office. District Council will provide the teachers a time to meet with the superintendent and a school board member to discuss current issues. In case of emergency dates may be changed.
