Alternates may attend in place of the regular members if necessary. B. The district council shall meet on the fourth Thursday in September, November, January, March, and May or more often if the need arises. C. District Council. A District Council composed of the Association President, three (3) bargaining unit employees appointed by the Association President (a representative from each of the elementary, middle school, and high school levels), the Superintendent, and three administrators appointed by the Superintendent (a representative from each of the elementary, middle school, and high school levels) shall meet upon the request of any District Council member to enhance communication and discussion on matters of mutual concern.‌
