Common use of District Email Clause in Contracts

District Email. District email may be used by the CLM for reasonable distribution of Council business to local membership so long as district wide and building wide communications are labeled as CLM materials and contain the name of the authorizing Association official. It is understood that such communications will be respectful and professional and done in accordance with Board Policy.
