District Execution of Agreement. (a) The Owners shall cause the District to approve, execute, and deliver to the City this Agreement within 30 days after the date that the District’s Board of Directors holds its organizational meeting. If the District fails to do so within such 30-day period, then (after notice and opportunity to cure) the City may terminate this Agreement and may repeal the Consent Resolution.
