District Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting/Employee Protection. Employees have a duty to report child abuse to the child abuse hotline at 000-000-0000 and the employee shall not be retaliated against for making such report. In addition, such information may also be reported to the principal/designee. The confidentiality of information reported to The Department of Children and Families (DCF) shall be maintained in accordance with the Florida Statutes, Section 39.202.
