District Not Liable. The District shall not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring to any real or personal property owned, leased, or operated by the Tenant, its agents, or employees, prior to or subsequent to the termination of this Ground Lease, other than, to the extent permitted by law, for such loss or damage occurring as a result of the negligent conduct or the willful misconduct of the District, its officers, representatives, agents, or employees or the District’s misrepresentations or its breach of or default under this Ground Lease.
