Common use of District Recognition Clause in Contracts

District Recognition. The COUNTY shall recognize DISTRICT funding in any reports, models, studies, maps or other documents resulting from this Agreement, and the form of said recognition shall be subject to DISTRICT approval. If construction is involved, the COUNTY shall provide signage at the PROJECT site that recognizes funding for this PROJECT provided by the DISTRICT. All signage must meet with DISTRICT written approval as to form, content and location, and must be in accordance with local sign ordinances.
