Common use of District Recognition Clause in Contracts

District Recognition. The COOPERATOR shall recognize DISTRICT funding in any reports, models, studies, maps or other documents resulting from this Agreement, and the form of said recognition shall be subject to the DISTRICT’S approval. If construction is involved, the COOPERATOR shall provide signage at the PROJECT site that recognizes the DISTRICT’S funding for the PROJECT. All signage must receive the DISTRICT’S written approval as to form, content and location, and must be in accordance with local sign ordinances.
