The District Standards clause establishes the specific requirements, guidelines, or benchmarks set by a school district that must be adhered to within the scope of an agreement or project. This clause typically outlines the quality, safety, or procedural standards that contractors, vendors, or service providers must follow when performing work for the district, such as construction specifications, educational content requirements, or technology protocols. Its core practical function is to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all district-related activities, thereby minimizing risks and maintaining the district’s operational and educational standards.
District Standards. Architect shall incorporate into its work and the work of all Consultants the District standards for facilities and construction at such time as they are adopted.
District Standards. All Services, Work Product, and Materials provided under the Agreement must follow the specifications, standards and procedures of the District, including, but not limited to: Construction Standards and Safety Standards.
District Standards. Architect and its Consultants shall incorporate into the Deliverables all adopted District product standards for facilities and construction. Architect and its Consultants shall not incorporate any specific products, items, systems, or materials unless the District’s Governing Board has adopted those item(s) as a District standard.

Diagnosis and prescription for remediation must accompany the documentation, all of which shall be recorded on the official file copy.

Any deviations from the District Standards, or incorporation of design elements in the Criteria Documents that are in conflict with District Standards shall brought to the attention of the District for review and approval.
District Standards. All current teacher aides must be meet district standards for Teacher Assistants no later than January 1, 2006. Status as a Teacher Assistant shall require the approval of the Superintendent. K. 1. Teaching assistants who hold a minimum of an A.A. degree or higher shall be eligible for reimbursement for one (1) three (3) credit undergraduate course at the Rutgers rate per year. The course must be related to their employment, their current degree, or be in education, and the assistant must receive prior written approval of the course from the Superintendent.

Accessory structure, except apartments: Twenty (20) feet. Accessory apartment: Twenty-eight (28) feet. D. Accessory structures. Building requirements for accessory structures shall be as shown for principal structures in Table 3.3, unless otherwise specified. All accessory structures shall be in conformance with the provisions of Section 18.03.340. E. All site development in the Single Family Detached Medium Density zone district, including parking, landscaping, lighting, and site design, shall be in accordance with Chapter 5 of this title. F. Signs shall be permitted in the Single Family Detached Medium Density zone district in accordance with Chapter 6 of this title.
District Standards. Consultant shall incorporate into its work and the work of all Sub- Consultants any adopted District standards for facilities and construction including, but not limited to, District Educational Specifications, Technical Specifications and Material Standards. Consultant shall meet with the PM and the District in order to identify and incorporate any specific design standards into the Project Criteria Documents such as: a. Classroom Design Standards b.
