Common use of District Subpoena or Designation Clause in Contracts

District Subpoena or Designation. If the District subpoenas an employee, the 18 District will provide paid leave for the duration of the appearance required by the 19 District's subpoena. If the District designates an employee to appear to represent 20 the District's interest, the District will provide paid leave for the duration of the 21 appearance required by the District's designation.
