DISTRICT's Suspension of Work. If Architect's Services are suspended by DISTRICT, DISTRICT may require Architect to resume such Services within ninety (90) days after written notice from DISTRICT. When the Project is resumed, the Total Compensation and schedule of Services shall be equitably adjusted upon mutual agreement of the DISTRICT and Architect.
