DIVERSION LIMIT ZONES. Subject to the provisions of the June 2012 Bilateral Agreement between Taos Pueblo and the Town of Taos, the following reciprocal limits apply to: (a) the Town’s groundwater diversions from xxxxx within those zones centered on any of the Pueblo’s existing Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Indian Affairs, or municipal system xxxxx; and (b) the Pueblo’s groundwater diversions from xxxxx within those zones centered on any well that is part of the Town’s In-Town Well Field or presently proposed for its Future Water Supply Well Field.
