Common use of Dividend and Income Options Clause in Contracts

Dividend and Income Options. By default, dividends and capital gain payments for mutual funds will be reinvested into shares of the same fund from which they were distributed. Dividends from ETFs will be paid in cash and allocated in accordance with my selected Target Allocations. I may elect to have all income payments (dividends and capital gains) be paid in cash for all securities held in my Account. If I choose this option, distributions must be moved out of my Account via my choice of either a recurring ACH or transfer.
