Dividend Equivalents; Other Rights. (a) The Grantee shall have no rights of ownership in the Shares underlying the RSUs and no right to vote the Shares underlying the RSUs until the date on which the Shares underlying the RSUs are issued or transferred to the Grantee pursuant to Section 5 above.
