Such employees may defer payment of the employee's share of the cost of such benefits until the employee returns to pay status. If the employee elects to defer such payments, the employer will deduct one-sixth of the total amount owed from the employee's next six paychecks upon return from FMLA leave. B. The employee must be restored to the same or an equivalent position with equivalent benefits upon return from FMLA leave. C. An employee who uses FMLA leave under this Article shall continue to accrue seniority for all purposes during the entire period of leave. D. The use of FMLA leave will not prevent an employee from using other types of accrued or non- accrued leave, subject to the limitations stated in other sections of this Article.
