DIVISION A EMPLOYEE. Division A positions shall be twelve (12) month positions. a. HEAD CUSTODIAN: Shall be the custodian in charge of the custodial staff and custodial functions in the District's buildings. b. CHARGE HAND: Shall be the custodian in charge of a shift in the District's buildings and shall be in charge of the custodial staff and custodial functions in the absence of the Head Custodian. Each school larger than 100,000 square feet and where there are 3 (three) or more custodial staff assigned to the afternoon shift, shall have a Charge Hand.

  • Term Employee Term employee means a new person employed without seniority for a specific time period or until the completion of a particular project in compliance with funding provided for that position or project. At the expiry of said term the employment of such employee shall be terminated unless the term employee is immediately hired as a full-time or part-time employee at which time the term employee's original starting date shall be utilized to establish their seniority.

The Board will remit premiums collected to the carrier on behalf of the Teachers. c) Where the plan administrator implements changes in the terms and conditions of the LTD Plan or the selection of an insurance carrier, the Board shall, for administrative purposes, be advised of changes at least thirty (30) days prior to the date the changes are to be implemented.

  • Other Employment Executive shall not be obligated to seek other employment in mitigation of the amounts payable or arrangements made under this section 3, and the obtaining of any such other employment shall in no event result in any reduction of Company’s obligations to make the payments and arrangements required to be made under this section 3, except to the extent otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement.
