DIVISION OF ATTORNEYS’ FEES. At the conclusion of the case, if a recovery is made on behalf of Client, Client understands and agrees that the total Attorneys’ fee will be divided as follows: Washington & Xxxxx, Attorneys at Law will receive forty percent (40%); Baron & Xxxx, P.C., Cossich, Sumich, Parsiola & Xxxxxx LLC, and Xxxxx, Xxxx & Xxxxxxxxx will collectively receive forty percent (40%); and Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxx, LLC, and Stagg Liuzza, LLC will collectively receive twenty percent (20%).

DIVISION OF ATTORNEYS’ FEES. At the conclusion of the case, if a recovery is made on behalf of Client, Client understands and agrees that the total Attorneys’ fee will be divided as follows: 37.5% to Baron & Xxxx, PC; 37.5% to Cossich, Sumich, Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx, LLC; 12.5% to XxXxxxx & XxXxxxx, LLP; and 12.5% to Oths, Heiser, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx, LLC.
DIVISION OF ATTORNEYS’ FEES. At the conclusion of the case, if a recovery is made on behalf of Client, Client understands and agrees that the total Attorney=s fee will be divided between Baron & Xxxx, P.C. and Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx, P.C.. Client understands and agrees that the total attorney=s fee of 33 1/3 % described in paragraph 7 above, will be divided as follows: Baron & Xxxx, P.C. will receive fifty percent (50%) and Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx, P.C. will receive fifty percent (50%). This division of fees between law firms does not change the total fee owed by Client.
DIVISION OF ATTORNEYS’ FEES. Special Counsel may divide the attorneys’ fees received for the legal services provided under this Agreement with other attorneys or law firms retained as associate counsel and approved by the City Attorney in writing. The terms of the division, if any, will be disclosed to the City. The City is informed that, under the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of California, such a division may be made only with the City’s written consent after a full disclosure to the City in writing that a division of fees will be made and of the terms of such division. The City will not unreasonably withhold approval of associate counsel retained by Special Counsel or unreasonably refuse to consent to a proposed division of fees among counsel.

  • Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxx and his counsel offered to resolve this dispute without reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them, thereby leaving the issue to be resolved after the material terms of the agreement had been settled.

  • Governing Law; Attorney’s Fees This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. In the event legal proceedings are commenced to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to collect its reasonable attorneys’ fees from the non-prevailing party.

  • Waiver of Claim for Attorney’s Fees The defendant waives all of his claims under the Hyde Amendment, 18 U.S.C. § 3006A, for attorney’s fees and other litigation expenses arising out of the investigation or prosecution of this matter.

  • TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES 2.1. The Contractor performs work for the Customer at his own risk and personally. At the same time, the Contractor has the right, with the consent of the Customer, to involve other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of work, remaining responsible to the Customer for the result of their work. Involvement of other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of works must be carried out in full accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Costs and Attorneys’ Fees In the event that any action, suit or other proceeding is instituted concerning or arising out of this Agreement or any transaction contemplated hereunder, the prevailing party shall recover all of such party’s costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in each such action, suit or other proceeding, including any and all appeals or petitions therefrom.

  • Consultants’ and Attorneys’ Fees Each of the Parties shall be responsible for, and pay in their entirety, its respective fees, costs, and expenses in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement and any audit that may be conducted as a result of the transaction contemplated herein. Notwithstanding RTC section 19717, under no circumstances is any Party to this Agreement entitled to attorneys’ fees with regard to litigation resulting from this Agreement.

  • Effect of Attachment or Sequestration of Accounts You shall not be liable for refusing to obey any orders given by or for Me with respect to any account(s) that has or have been subject to an attachment or sequestration in any legal proceeding against Me, and You shall be under no obligation to contest the validity of any such attachment or sequestration.

  • A ttorney’s Fees If either Party commences an action against the other Party, either legal, administrative or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the prevailing Party in such litigation shall be entitled to have and recover from the losing Party reasonable attorney’s fees and all other costs of such action.

  • Attorneys’ Fees In the event of any dispute between the parties concerning the terms and provisions of this Warrant, the party prevailing in such dispute shall be entitled to collect from the other party all costs incurred in such dispute, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

  • Claims for Consequential Damages The Owner retains its right to claim for consequential damages in the event the Design Professional fails to perform under this Contract.
