DIVISION OF FUND INTO INVESTMENT FUNDS. The Employer may direct the Trustee (or Custodian) from time-to-time to divide and redivide the Fund into one or more Investment Funds. Such Investment Funds may include, but not be limited to, Investment Funds representing the assets under the control of an investment manager pursuant to Section 5.12 and Investment Funds representing investment options available for individual direction by Participants pursuant to Section 5.14. Upon each division or redivision, the Employer may specify the part of the Fund to be allocated to each such Investment Fund and the terms and conditions, if any, under which the assets in such Investment Fund shall be invested.
