Common use of Division of Specifications Clause in Contracts

Division of Specifications. The specifications are divided into several parts for convenience only, since the entire specifications must be considered as a whole. The divisions of the specifications are not intended to control the Contractor in dividing the work among subcontractors or to limit the work performed by any trade. The Contractor shall be responsible for the coordination of the trades, subcontractors, and vendors engaged upon this Work.
