Common use of Division of TennCare Clause in Contracts

Division of TennCare. The division of the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration (the single state Medicaid agency) that administers TennCare. For the purposes of the State Contract, the Agreement and this Appendix, Division of TennCare shall mean the State of Tennessee and its representatives.
