Common use of Division of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Division of Warrants. Subject to all federal and state securities laws, a Warrant Certificate may be divided or combined, upon request to the Company by the Warrantholder, into a certificate or certificates representing the right to purchase the same aggregate number of Warrant Shares. Unless the context indicates otherwise, the term "Warrantholder" shall include any transferee or transferees of the Warrants pursuant to this SUBSECTION 1.3, and the term "Warrants" shall include any and all Warrants outstanding pursuant to this Agreement, including those evidenced by a certificate or certificates issued upon division, exchange, substitution or transfer pursuant to this Agreement.
