Registration of Warrants. The Company shall register this Warrant, upon records to be maintained by the Company for that purpose (the “Warrant Register”), in the name of the record Holder (which shall include the initial Holder or, as the case may be, any registered assignee to which this Warrant is permissibly assigned hereunder) from time to time. The Company may deem and treat the registered Holder of this Warrant as the absolute owner hereof for the purpose of any exercise hereof or any distribution to the Holder, and for all other purposes, absent actual notice to the contrary.

Registration of Warrants. (1) The Company shall, at all times while any Warrants are outstanding, cause the Warrant Agent and its agents to maintain a register in which will be entered in alphabetical order the names, latest known addresses of the Warrantholders and particulars of the Warrants held by them, and a register of transfers in which shall be entered the particulars of all transfers of Warrants, such registers to be kept by and at the principal transfer office of the Warrant Agent in the City of Toronto. (2) At the office of the Warrant Agent during normal business hours, the holder of a Warrant may have such Warrant transferred in accordance with such reasonable requirements as the Warrant Agent may prescribe. The costs of any such transfer registration shall be borne by the transferee or presenter. (3) The registers referred to in this Section 3.2 shall at all reasonable times be open for inspection by the Company and by any Warrantholder. The Warrant Agent, when requested in writing so to do by the Company, shall furnish the Company with a list of names and addresses of the Warrantholders showing the number of Warrants held by each Warrantholder. (4) Once an Uncertificated Warrant has been Authenticated, the information set forth in the register with respect thereto at the time of Authentication may be altered, modified, amended, supplemented or otherwise changed only to reflect exercise or proper instructions to the Warrant Agent from the Warrantholder as provided herein, except that the Warrant Agent may act unilaterally to make purely administrative changes internal to the Warrant Agent and changes to correct errors. Each person who becomes a Warrantholder of an Uncertificated Warrant, by his, her or its acquisition thereof shall be deemed to have irrevocably (i) consented to the foregoing authority of the Warrant Agent to make such minor error corrections and (ii) agreed to pay to the Warrant Agent, promptly upon written demand, the full amount of all loss and expense (including without limitation reasonable legal fees of the Company and the Warrant Agent plus interest, at an appropriate then prevailing rate of interest to the Warrant Agent), sustained by the Company or the Warrant Agent as a proximate result of such error if but only if and only to the extent that such present or former Warrantholder realized any benefit as a result of such error and could reasonably have prevented, forestalled or minimized such loss and expense by prompt reporting of the error or...
Registration of Warrants. The Company shall, or shall cause its Transfer Agent to, register this Warrant, upon records to be maintained by the Company or Transfer Agent for that purpose (the “Warrant Register”), in the name of the record Holder (which shall include the initial Holder or, as the case may be, any registered assignee to which this Warrant is permissibly assigned hereunder) from time to time. Registration of Warrants. The Trustee shall keep at the Warrant Agency: (i) a register of Warrantholders in which shall be entered in alphabetical order the names and addresses of the holders of Warrants and particulars of the Warrants held by them and (ii) a register of transfers in which all transfers of Warrants and the date and other particulars of each transfer shall be entered. Branch registers shall also be kept at such other place or places, if any, as the Corporation, with the approval of the Trustee, may designate. Such registers will at all reasonable times be open for inspection by the Corporation and/or any Warrantholder.

If less than all of the Warrants represented by a Warrant Certificate are Transferred, the Warrant Agent shall issue to the Holder a Warrant Certificate representing the remaining Warrants.

(c) The registers referred to in this Section 3.3 shall during normal business hours be open for inspection by the Corporation and by any Warrantholder. The Warrant Agent, for a reasonable fee when requested so to do by the Corporation, shall furnish the Corporation with a list of names and addresses of the Warrantholders showing the certificate numbers of such Warrant Certificates held by each Warrantholder.
Registration of Warrants. (a) The Corporation hereby appoints the Warrant Agent as registrar of the Warrants. The Corporation may hereafter, with the consent of the Warrant Agent, appoint one or more other additional registrars of the Warrants. (b) The Corporation shall cause a register to be kept by the Warrant Agent at its principal transfer office in the City of Vancouver, British Columbia and in such other place or places and by such other agent as the Corporation with the approval of the Warrant Agent may designate, in which shall be entered the names and addresses of the holders of Warrants and other particulars of the Warrants held by them respectively. (c) The registers referred to in this section shall at all reasonable times be open for inspection by the Corporation, by the Warrant Agent and by any Warrantholder. (d) Except as required by law, neither the Warrant Agent nor any other registrar nor the Corporation shall be charged with notice of or be bound to see to the execution of any trust, whether express, implied or constructive, in respect of any Warrant. (e) Except in the case of the register required to be kept at the City of Vancouver, British Columbia, the Corporation by agreement shall have the power to close any branch register at any time. In the event that the register in any place is closed, notice of the closing shall be given, in the manner provided in Section 12.2, to the Warrantholders. (f) The registrar shall, when requested to do so by the Corporation, furnish the Corporation with a list of names and addresses of the Warrantholders showing the number of Warrants held by each Warrantholder.

Registration of Warrants. The Company shall maintain a register of the Warrants to record therein the name and address of the registered holders thereof, instructions for notices, and other information for transfers or exchanges of the Warrants. No transfer of a Warrant for less than 100,000 shares shall be valid unless made by the registered holder with the prior written consent of the Company, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. The registered holder of the Warrants shall be deemed the owner thereof for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 2.04 to the contrary, the transfer of any Warrant shall also be subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth therein.
Registration of Warrants. The Warrant Agent, on behalf of the ------------------------ Company, will keep or cause to be kept, at the principal office of the Warrant Agent designated for such purpose, books for registration and transfer of the Warrant Certificates issued hereunder by the Company. Such books will show the names and addresses of the respective holders of the Warrant Certificates, the number of Warrants evidenced on its face by each of the Warrant Certificates, and the date of each of the Warrant Certificates. The Company and the Warrant Agent will be entitled to treat the registered holder of any Warrant Certificate (the "Holder") as the sole owner of the Warrants represented by such Warrant Certificate for all purposes and will not be bound to recognize any equitable or other claim or interest in such Warrants on the part of any other person. Neither the Company nor the Warrant Agent will be liable for any registration of transfer of any Warrants that are registered or to be registered in the name of a fiduciary or the nominee of a fiduciary.
Registration of Warrants. The Company shall use its best efforts to, within 60 days of the Closing Date, register (as such term is defined in Section 18(a)(i) of this Agreement) the Warrants for public trading in the United States securities markets.
