Common use of DNR Authority Clause in Contracts

DNR Authority. The DNR represents that the DNR has authority as may be required by law to enter into this Agreement and to accept the gift, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

DNR Authority. The DNR represents that the DNR and/or the DNR Director, or designee, has authority as may be required by law to enter into this Agreement and to accept the giftgift of the Site Improvements, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
