DOCUMENT AND RECORD RETENTION. GSK and its Affiliates shall maintain for inspection all documents and records relating to reimbursement from the Federal health care programs and to compliance with this CIA (including Appendix D) until the end of 2018 (or longer if otherwise required by law) from the Effective Date.
