Common use of Document Control/Information Control Clause in Contracts

Document Control/Information Control. i. Information provided by Buyer to Seller, including but not limited to Buyer-supplied drawings, specification, and data, remain the property of Buyer. Xxxxxx agrees to comply with the terms of any proprietary information agreement with Xxxxx and to comply with all proprietary information markings and restrictive legends applied by Xxxxx to anything provide hereunder to Seller. Seller agrees not to use any Buyer-provided information for any purpose except to perform this Contract and agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without the prior written consent of Buyer. Seller shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to protect Buyer- provided information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.
