The Service Documents, from time to time, may be modified in writing without prior written notice to Client or any other party, unless specifically referenced in the Service Order or other related document. Document Modification. MMI will modify the Construction Drawings and Project Manual, which have been completed to the 95 percent level, to include provisions for City procurement and installation of chlorination equipment. This pertains to the Construction Drawings and Project Manual for the Chlorination System Upgrades project, as addressed in Amendment No. 1 to this Agreement.

Motorola shall update the documentation of the OMC-G to reflect the addition of this capability, as is reasonable necessary to document the software changes defined in Section 17.2. Document Modification. Subject to the satisfaction of each of the conditions set forth in Section 3 hereof and effective automatically simultaneously with the satisfaction of the last to be satisfied of such conditions, the documents and instruments referenced below in this Section 2 shall be amended or the interpretation thereof modified as follows:
