Document Modification. MMI will modify the Construction Drawings and Project Manual, which have been completed to the 95 percent level, to include provisions for City procurement and installation of chlorination equipment. This pertains to the Construction Drawings and Project Manual for the Chlorination System Upgrades project, as addressed in Amendment No. 1 to this Agreement.
