DOCUMENT OWNERSHIP AND USE. 15.1. All non-confidential documents, including, but not limited to, notes, files, estimates, evaluations, reports, studies, data, drawings, plans, maps, and other records and data relating to this Agreement (other than working papers) specifically prepared or developed by the Developer under this Agreement shall be the property of the Developer until the Developer has been paid for providing and performing the Work required to produce such documents whereupon they shall become the sole property of the County. Upon completion of this Agreement, to the extent requested, all of the documents shall be delivered by the Developer to the County within seven (7) days of the County making a request.
15.2. The Developer shall not, and agrees not to, use any of these documents, data and information contained therein on any other project or for any other client without prior written permission of the County. Any use by the County of the documents, data and information contained therein, obtained by the County under the provisions of the Agreement for any purpose not within the scope of the Agreement shall be at the sole risk of the County, with no representation or warranty from Developer, and for which the Developer shall not be liable.

The Contractor shall not, and agrees not to, use any of these documents, data and information contained therein on any other project or for any other client without prior written permission of the County.
