Common use of Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Documentation Agent. The Documentation Agent, as such, shall have no duties or obligations whatsoever with respect to this Agreement, the Notes or any of the other Loan Documents.

Documentation Agent. The Documentation Agent, as such, Agent shall have no duties or obligations whatsoever with respect to under this Agreement, the Notes Agreement or any of the other Loan DocumentsDocuments in its capacity as Documentation Agent.

Documentation Agent. The Documentation Agent, in its capacity as such, shall have no rights, powers, duties or obligations whatsoever with respect to under this Agreement, the Notes Agreement or any of the other Loan Transaction Documents.

Documentation Agent. The Documentation Agent, in its capacity as such, shall not have no any duties or any responsibilities hereunder nor any fiduciary relationship with any Lender, and no implied covenants, functions, responsibilities, duties, obligations whatsoever with respect to or liabilities shall be read into this Agreement, Agreement or otherwise against the Notes or any of the other Loan DocumentsDocumentation Agent in its capacity as such.
