Common use of Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Documentation Agent. The Lender identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as the Documentation Agent shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability or responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the Lender so identified shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relations with any Lender. Each such Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Lender so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking any action hereunder.

Documentation Agent. The Lender identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as the Documentation Agent shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability or responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the Lender so identified shall not neither have or nor be deemed to have any fiduciary relations with any Lender. Each such Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Lender so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking any action hereunder.

Documentation Agent. The Lender identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as the " Documentation Agent Agent" shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability or liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Each such Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lender Lenders so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking any or not taking action hereunder.

Each such Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Lender so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking any or not taking action hereunder.
