Documentation and Enforcement. The QCP shall include a method of documenting and enforcing quality control operations of both prime contractor and subcontractor work including inspection and testing. The contractor shall maintain a file of all inspections/tests conducted by the contractor, to include any corrective actions taken. This file shall be subject to review by the Contracting Officer.
