Quality Control Plan (QCP). The CNA shall develop and maintain effective quality control procedures to ensure services are performed in accordance with the PWS in this Agreement. All work performed under this Agreement shall be consistent with industry standards to assure timely provision of services and optimum customer satisfaction. The CNA shall develop and implement procedures to identify and ensure services are provided at the required level of performance for all elements of this Agreement. CNA performance requiring corrective actions include, but are not limited to, items such as late performance or submission of defective or late reports on a recurring basis or failure to perform a required task. The CNA shall submit an initial QCP to the Commission no later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of this Agreement. The QCP will be reviewed and approved by the Commission and the CNA will be notified if there are any deficiencies. The CNA will have thirty (30) days to correct any deficiencies, if required. The CNA must ensure the QCP is in operation throughout the entire term of the agreement. The CNA shall prepare and implement a written QCP as described below.

Quality Control Plan (QCP). Contractor shall establish and maintain a Quality Control Plan to ensure that the requirements of the Contract are met. An updated copy must be provided to the County’s Project Director on the Contract’s start date and as changes occur. The original plan and any future amendments are subject to County review and approval and shall include, but shall not be limited to: 1. A functional performance test and evaluation of the continuous electronic monitoring equipment, with documented results, each time the equipment is issued to and returned by a Participant; Contractor will provide a written plan describing how its systems will be tested and how performance standards will be met. 2. An inspection system assuring ongoing delivery of services; it must specify the activities to be audited/inspected on either a scheduled or unscheduled basis, how often audits/inspections will be accomplished, the title of the individual(s) who will perform and record the audits/inspections and the methods for identifying and preventing deficiencies in the quality of the system. All audit/inspection results must be documented and available for review by County during normal business hours. 3. A computerized method of tracking equipment inventory, maintenance, battery life, and service records specific to each piece of equipment in accordance with suggested manufacturers' maintenance specifications. 4. A method for ensuring uninterrupted services to Probation in the event of a strike of Contractor’s employees. 5. A method for ensuring that Offender record confidentiality is maintained. 6. Contractor’s responsibility for safeguarding all County information provided for use by Contractor. I. Quality Assurance 1. If Contractor's Equipment does not meet the specifications for the failure rate specified in section B.1.4 of this Attachment A, County may consider such deficiency as sufficient cause to terminate this Contract, pursuant to Penal Code Section 1203.016(j)(3)(E). Further, upon discovery of such non-compliance by Contractor, County may terminate the Contract pursuant to paragraph K of the Contract. 2. At Administrator’s discretion, the County’s Project Director shall chair a steering committee consisting of designated Probation staff and Contractor’s Project Manager, and other primary or additional support staff that may be designated by Contractor. It shall describe implementation of policies, procedures and processes that ensure work is performed to the specifications, including a corrective action plan should corrections be necessary, and the methods in place to ensure non-recurrence.

Quality Control Plan (QCP). The Contractor shall develop, implement, and maintain a QCP and program to ensure all work described in this contract is performed at or above the standard defined in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). The QCP is developed by the contractor for its internal use to ensure that it performs and delivers high-quality service. The contractor’s QCP is the means by which the contractor ensures all work complies with the requirements of the contract. The QCP identifies and corrects potential and actual problem areas throughout the entire scope of the contract. 1.6.1.1 The contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non- recurrence of defective services. The QCP shall be submitted within thirty (30) days of contract award. After acceptance of the QCP, the contractor shall receive the contracting officer’s (KO) acceptance in writing or any proposed changes to the QC procedures. The contractor shall submit QCP changes within five (5) days to the KO and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for review and approval prior to implementation.

Quality Control Plan (QCP). The Contractor shall provide a Quality Control Plan in accordance with CDRL A002. The Contractor shall establish and maintain a QCP that ensures services are performed in accordance with this requirement, applicable laws and regulations, and best commercial practices. The Contractor’s QCP shall include, (at a minimum), a detailed approach for ensuring effective control and processes as well as a remediation plan for when a deliverable fails to meet standards. Additionally, QCP procedures hall be developed and implemented to meet/exceed all requirements of this SOW and any resulting T/Os to include mitigation of any unique risk(s). 3.1.10.1 The QCP shall discuss how invoice reviews shall be conducted, to include discussion on how the primes, subcontractor, and supplier supporting data shall be reviewed for consistency with contract requirements.
Quality Control Plan (QCP). 4.1.1 The Design-Builder agrees to perform quality assurance-quality control/ constructability reviews in accordance with the Design-Builder's Owner approved Quality Control Plan (QCP), to be developed in the format described in Attachment 4 and at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/sites/default/files/files/Capital%20Contracting/QCP_ProjectSpe cific_V4%20(005).docx. The approved QCP will be incorporated by reference and will includes any subsequent revisions approved by Owner. The QCP is to be submitted to the Owner for approval prior to the Owner's execution of the contract. In addition to providing the reports required by the QCP, the Design-Builder agrees to address any QCP comments from the Owner and provide resolution to the Owner's satisfaction. In the event the Owner retains a separate consultant to perform additional QCP services for the Owner, Design- Builder will provide all necessary information to the Owner, address any comments from the Owner’s consultant, and provide resolution to the Owner's satisfaction. The Design-Builder shall include this language in all its subconsultant / contracts to ensure subconsultants understand their responsibility for complying with the Owner's QCP requirements. 4.1.2 The QCP reviews will be performed by a staff member of the Design-Builder not involved in day-to-day Project tasks. If the Design-Builder does not have the internal staff capacity to provide for this independent review, the Design-Builder must include a QCP subconsultant on the project team. The person performing the QCP reviews shall certify, seal and attest that the final construction bid documents have been drafted in full compliance with the QCP. 4.1.3 The Design-Builder will perform QCP reviews at intervals during the design phase, specified in the QCP, to ensure plans, specifications, and drawings satisfy accepted quality standards and meet the requirements of the Project scope. Based on the findings of the QCP reviews, the Design-Builder must reconcile the Project scope and budget as needed. Documentation will be included that verifies interdisciplinary coordination has occurred. 4.1.4 The Design-Builder will perform constructability reviews, using persons with construction experience, at appropriate intervals, during the design phase, specified in the QCP to ensure that the project is buildable, as well as cost-effective, biddable, and maintainable.
