Documentation and Information Related to the Services. A. The Trust will provide Administrator with copies of the Trust’s governing documents and any other documents requested by Administrator, from time to time, that are reasonably necessary or advisable to assist Administrator in performing the Services. In addition, the Trust will notify Administrator promptly of any matter affecting the performance by Administrator of the Services including, without limitation, changes in “Service Providers” (as such term is defined in Exhibit B) or issues that arise with respect to any Service Provider that may affect Administrator’s provision of the Services.
