Accenture will make available to You information that You reasonably request to demonstrate Accenture’s compliance with its obligations in this Section and will submit to Your reasonable audits and inspections in accordance with a mutually agreed process designed to avoid disruption of the Online Services and protect the confidential information of Accenture and its other clients. As required by applicable law, Accenture shall inform You if, in Accenture’s opinion, any of Your audit instructions infringes upon any applicable Data Protection Law.
