Licensed Documentation If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet
Supporting Documentation Upon request, the HSP will provide the LHIN with proof of the matters referred to in this Article.
Additional Documentation Execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, any and all other agreements, instruments or documents which Lender may reasonably request in order to give effect to the transactions contemplated under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Documentation control Specify how documentation will be identified with an alpha numeric which indicates source, recipient, communication number etc. Provide details of any particular format or other constraints; for example that all contractual communications will be in the form of properly compiled letters or forms attached to e mails and not as a message in the e mail itself. Other Documentation Administrative Agent shall have received all documents and instruments that Administrative Agent has then reasonably requested, in addition to those described in this Section 4.1. All such additional documents and instruments shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent in form, substance and date.
Non Delivery C15.1 Where the Goods, having been placed in transit, fail to be delivered to the Authority on the due date for delivery, the Authority shall, (provided that the Authority has been advised in writing of the dispatch of the Goods), within ten (10) Working Days of the notified date of delivery, give notice to the Contractor that the Goods have not been delivered and may request the Contractor free of charge to deliver substitute Goods within the timescales specified by the Authority or terminate the Contract in accordance with clause C13.4 (Delivery).
