Common use of Documentation of Project Costs and Program Income Clause in Contracts

Documentation of Project Costs and Program Income. Except to the extent that SANDAG determines otherwise, in writing, the Grantee agrees to support all costs charged to the Project, including any approved services or property contributed by the Grantee or others, with properly executed payrolls, time records, invoices, contracts, or vouchers describing in detail the nature and propriety of the charges, including adequate records to support the costs the Grantee has incurred underlying any payment in which SANDAG has agreed to participate in based upon a payable milestone.
